Atlas Copco  a world-leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions. Atlas Copco in Ukraine handles the sales and service of compressor technique, construction equipment and portable energy.

Now company is searching for new specialist for Marketing Manager position (Kyiv).

Effective business support by promoting Atlas Copco brand among current and future clients focus on the Internet and other information / sales channels, cooperation with a sales team for sales support.

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and supporting the query generation process (leads).
  • Website administration: to make the content better readable in terms of language switch to Ukrainian; improve the quality of content, add local content; update info on regular basis, SEO.
  • C4C maintenance: analyzing sales activity in C4C, monitoring the correctness and update necessary data; preparation and distribution of standard reports; Improving the interpretation of data from the CRM system through the development of new reports.
  • Strengthened of Brand Awareness - Promotion Atlas Copco brand in Social Media.
  • Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.); Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Communication support.

 What we expect of you?

  • University degree (technical education/ degree in engineering with be an advantage)- At least 2 years of experience in the sales department.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with CRM systems in the area of management analyzes and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Social Media.
  • Orientation towards achieving goals.
  • Attitude to the client, understanding his needs.
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations.
  • Openness to new ideas and experiences.
  • High communication skills.
  • Strong ability to cooperate in a team.
  • Ability to build good relationships with the client.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Practical knowledge of English.
  • Practical knowledge of the CRM system (IPSM work methodology).
