We are a freight dispatch service company with offices in the USA and Ukraine. Our clients are truck owner operators and small & mid-sized carriers in the USA. We help our clients with finding best loads, negotiating an optimal price, minimizing the pain with paperwork and provide good clients support. These allows truck owner operators to focus on the road ahead.
Back-office assistant will be support to our Dispatch Logistics Coordinators with different types of documents.
Requirements:
Upper-intermediate English - is a must!
Customer Support, Call Center experience
Work experience with documents
Responsibilities:
- Working with a variety of documents
- Invoicing and payment status processes
- Call and email communication with different financial entities
Work conditions:
Monday-Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
