Head of Sourcing

Position: Head of Sourcing

Location: Kiev

We are currently looking to employ a Sourcing Manager that will set up an office in Kiev and become a Head of Sourcing. The candidate should have a primary experience within sourcing and should be willing to engage with suppliers and combine sourcing activities with managing the team.

Responsibilites:

• Lead end to end recruitment processes (advertising, posting, sourcing, screening, selection and testing) to deliver high quality offerees within deadlines, according to business needs for all assigned open high level positions
• Work internationally directly with clients based in Scandinavia
• Explore and use relevant sourcing channels including social media, HighTech dedicated portals
• Identifying new tools and technologies to improve sourcing efforts
• Building relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors (as required)
• Building and Managing and a team of talent sourcing professionals and promote a collaborative culture with clear performance expectations (in the near future)
• Taking ownership for designing and implementing sourcing strategies for technology and business areas
• Using data to analyze and optimize sourcing processes, measure tools' productivity and sourcing initiatives

Profile:

• Higher education, preferred fields of study: management, administration, psychology, sociology
• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting with a strong focus on HighTech/IT roles
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience managing a team
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment methods with focus on HighTech area
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and prioritize objectives and influence stakeholders
• Outstanding interpersonal/networking skills and ability to establish strong relationships
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments
• Ability to multi-task and utilize good time management skills
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Exceptional analytical and Excel skills
• Fluency in English
