Sales representative

Upclick is a fast-growing, international e-commerce company founded in 2006 with over 300 people in three offices: Canada, Bulgaria, and Ukraine. We specialize in providing e-commerce services to companies that sell digital products, such as software. 

We are looking for a  Sales agent at our Call Center (Inbound & Outbound calls).

Requirements:

• Advanced verbal and written English skills;
• Superior interpersonal skills, confident and charismatic approach to people;
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
• Knowledge of a PC in Windows environment.

Preferred skills:

• Work experience as a Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs;
• Providing first level customer support, Answering questions regarding the purchase;
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
• Continuously improve through feedback.
