Due to a rapid extension and development, we invite a Business Researcher/Analyst to join our Team.

Our Research Unit is involved in making extremely exciting research projects for BDO-member firms world-wide. We don't do local support for Ukrainian clients, international projects only! Our final product is a business presentation, dully designed by our professional designers, that brings a substantial value for the Client.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative project-based researches, providing consultancy on relative markets,
• Responsible for researching, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data of the investigated fields,  
• Transform information into workable financial advice for the Company’s Customers.
• Create clear and useful reports and recommendations for the Customers.

Responsibilities:

Project-based researches. 

•  Conduct research and analytical projects for Customers, taking part in project-based tasks.
•  Gather and analyze information, form and test hypotheses, develop and communicate findings.
•  Identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
•  Use Excel functions to organize and analyze data, create charts, graphs, and presentations
•  Use mathematical models to come up with objective answers based on historical data.
•  Preparation of Point of Views, Go-to-Market Strategies, Company Profiles, Business Studies.
•  Create business presentations with charts and graphs as per project scope.
•  Developing strategic frameworks, conduct design of business processes in a request of Customers.
•  Assess the pros and cons of possible strategies.
• Develop recommendations to improve business operations going forward.

• Consultancy and reporting
•  Recommend changes and improvements based on research findings.
• Develop and conduct user surveys if suggested by scope.
• Write reports, white papers, and other published documents.
• Organize and store data for future research projects.

What skills will make you a prefect match: 

- Very good analytical skills, ability to work with data, scale, group, process 

- Excel and PowerPoint Skills

- Well structured mindset, 

- Language skills: Upper-Intermediate English is must.
