The person we are looking for:

Will be a plus

  • Experience in recruiting (IT / non-IT positions)
  • Training or knowledge on IT market or recruitment
  • Prior experience in customer care sphere

Responsibilities:

  • Full life-cycle recruitment of IT professionals (searching, pre-screening, pre-interviewing, feedbacks);
  • Developing and maintaining Candidates' database;
  • Organization of the interviews, preparation CVs for customers;
  • IT-Market analysis;
