The Team & Your Role

CS is a critical part of our business. A skilled team (The Training Center)hires and trains representatives to provide outstanding service to our external customers. Once on the job, our goal is to continue to provide opportunities to these representatives for their professional development, helping them perform better in their current role as well as preparing them for their future career within the organization. 

As a Learning Partner, you’ll serve as a consultant to the business, understanding its needs and providing targeted development solutions.  Guided by our 5 principles - Action, Persistence, Curiosity, Courage and Communication - you will develop work streams that start small, iterate and are improved until we see results. 

Working under the leadership of the Senior Learning Partner and with the direction of the Talent Business Partner for CS, you will be:  

• Working closely and aligning with the Managers, Team Leads, Talent Business Partner, People Partners, and Training Center to understand the business needs and develop solutions that are targeted and relevant

• Using a consultative approach to assess and grasp the learning needs through observation, conversation, and powerful questions

• Creating opportunities for continuous development of the team members to keep them engaged and growing within Namecheap

• Working closely with the central L&D team, applying the global tools and expertise to the business needs when appropriate

• Collaborating with the subject matter experts, leaders, and other experts to bring immediate and relevant value to the business

• Facilitating workshops and interactive classes, knowledge sharing, and experiential learning sessions

• Administering the CS home page in our learning platform by keeping content and information updated and relevant

• Managing calendar, reporting, and attendance for professional development opportunities (including online and live classes, programs, and pathways)

• Collecting data and informal feedback on learning products, services & events to continually improve quality & service

Your professional profile

• 3+ years of experience in learning & development, coaching, and/or successfully managing people and teams

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Russian

• Experience with MBTI, Strengths Finder or other personality inventories will be nice to have

• Experience with team or leadership development would be an asset

• Workshop facilitation skills are preferred

• Coaching experience or certification will be an asset

• Know-how in experiential learning as a development tool would be a great contribution
