Regulatory Affairs Officer  maternity position

Main responsibilities:

• Registration/regulatory activities for assigned products in Ukraine/Moldova (Medicinal products, Medical device, Food Supplements) maintenance (initial submissions, renewals, variations).
• UA GMP recognition procedure handling.
• Interaction with Health Authorities in Ukraine/Moldova.
• Interaction with Head Office/Manufacturing sites.
• Cross-functional cooperation and interference within company departments.
• Work/Maintenance in Company’s systems to track regulatory activities as per assigned SOPs/Working instructions.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Pharmaceutical/Medical/ Natural science degree),
• English (written/verbal - Upper Intermediate), Ukrainian/Russian fluent,
• Work experience from 1 year in Regulatory Affairs,
• Skills: excellent time-management skills, target-oriented, attention to details, critical and analytical thinking, ability to meet strict deadlines, self-disciplined, proactive; collaborative, diplomatic, hardworking;
• Ability to work with big amount of information.
