IT Help Desk
DRP is an international company, specializing in outsourced back-office and call center services for clients all over the world. We effectively manage all daily back-office processes for our clients around the world by our exceptional customer-oriented business philosophy.

We are looking for Help Desk to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Technical support for office and remote employees;
- Setting up new workstations for employees;
- Installation and configuration of software, office and network equipment;
- Configuration and administration of office networks;
- Control of user access to systems.
Requirements:
- Upper-intermediate level of English;
- At least 2-years of work experience in a similar position;
- Highly experienced in Help Desk troubleshooting and problem-solving;
- Skills of installation, configuration and administration of Windows 10, MS Office, etc;
- Experienced user of MacOS, Linux, iOS
- Experience in working with network equipment, its purchase, configuration and support;
- Understanding the principles of the network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP), network, firewall;
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, policies, etc.;
- Strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
