Attorneys, White collar criminal defence

We are looking for Attorneys to join our White Collar Criminal Defence practice. Key requirements:

• Attorney-at-law certificate is obligatory
• Perfect command of Ukrainian and Russian, advanced command of English (French and German would be an advantage)
• Experience of working for international companies and their management teams on criminal law issues is an advantage
• Experience in legal support on criminal proceedings (including the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, the Security Service of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation, etc)
• Experience in IT Law is an advantage
• Experience in forensic internal investigations and/or ACFE certificate is an advantage
• Zero tolerance to corruption
