We are design and development studio based in Kharkiv. We help in building and creating brands, businesses, companies and products. We do that through analysis, research, design, animation, branding and development.

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who would be happy to join our team and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Searching for leads through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, social networks, profile resources, etc.);
  • Work closely with sales;
  • Customer accounting in a CRM system;
  • Initial negotiations with clients;
  • Familiarizing potential clients/leads with company service;
  • Studying leads, their companies and environment;
  • Improve materials for passive inflow of applications;
  • Drawing up and sending commercial offers;

Required skills:

  • English written (and spoken) — at least Upper-Intermediate level;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Proactivity;
  • An advanced user of similar software.

Will be a plus:

  • Strong communication skills;
  • Grammatical speech;
  • Ability to conduct email correspondence/negotiations;
  • Getting on with people easily;
  • Positive thinking;
  • Relevant experience (in sales, marketing, customer support activities, etc.).
