IT Support Specialist with German (Poland)

We are looking for fluent German speakers with NO experience to work for the one of most well-known company creators of operation systems and phone producer companies. Location - Krakow/Gdansk/Wroclaw — Poland.

Required skills:

• German language C1 (both written and spoken)

• English language B2

• Good level of computer skills

• Mac OS and iOS experience will be a plus

• Microsoft products experience

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and communicate with end client partners on a regular basis

• Reporting problems from customers

• Data validation  

• Real-time coverage of public transportation disruptions and road incidents across the globe

• Work in shifts 24/7
