System Administrator

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage our office with technical support.

Required skills:

• 2 + years of experience in IT system administration;
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 client administration: install, configure, troubleshoot; install and configure network protocols;
• Will be a + Basic knowledge of Mikrotik ROS;
• Routing, bridging, VLAN, Firewall;
• Experience VOIP;
• Switching (HPE);
• Linux;
• TCP/IP, NAT ;
• Experience in configuration of network equipment from different manufactures, such as Cisco, HP;
• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of networking;
• Set up a computer;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate Level of English both speaking and writing is a must;

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support new colleagues regarding IT cases /PC, laptop, hardware, software;
• Handle network operations, general user support, setup workstation, troubleshooting;
• Solve network problems based on well-defined processes and checklists;
• Effectively plan, install, configure and optimize IT infrastructures to achieve high availability and performance;
• Communications with US clients;
• Ensure the availability and reliability of the office IT systems;
• Ensure the security of the data and network (backup, disaster recovery, firewall);
• Maintain internal infrastructure, routers, firewalls, security updates;
• Keep an eye out for needed updates;
