Business Analyst/Assistant Business Analyst

SmartyAds is searching for a Business Analyst to join our fast-growing team and results-driven business.

The tasks of the BA are very different, but the sequence of actions is approximately the same.

We will expect you:

• Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and communicate with customers constantly;
• Analyze team and customers needs;
• Create and describe features from scratch and work with existing features improvements/change requests;
• Elaborate with the development, design, and business teams;
• Create the technical documentation and organize its storage, task out the features.

Our ideal candidate:

• Experience in Business Analyst, Project Manager, Junior Product Manager, QA 1+ years OR least 2 years of experience on related position.
• Good command of English: at least Upper-Intermediate level is required with perfect speaking skills;
• Great logical thinking and analytical mindset (any former Business Analysis or Data Analysis experience is preferable);
• Customer-focused approach and product-management skills;
• Self-starter attitude, perfecr discipline and ability to work without constant supervision;
• Being a fast-learner who is truly passionate about IT.
