We are looking for an ambitious IT Recruiter to join our team.

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of talent acquisition and IT-recruiting experience.
• Experience in full cycle recruitment process starting from direct search, headhunting of candidates to job offer.
• Candidates searching experience (Linkedin, Djinni, GitHub, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• English - Upper-intermediate.
• An ability to learn on the go, adapt to dynamically changing environment.
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management skills.

Responsibility:

• Creating job descriptions, post and promote vacancies.
• Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Google X-ray, job portals, etc.) and building a funnel.
• Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates.
• Organization of technical and conducting HR interviews.
• Preparing and negotiating offers with HRD and candidates.
• Recruitment database update.
• Participation in other HR activities.
