Strong Junior .NET/WPF Developer (Document Management System)

We are looking for a Junior .NET/WPF Developer to work on a Swedish Email Management add-on for the Document Management platform!

Customer

Our Swedish customer owns a large enterprise document management platform. The product is widely used around the world with a focus on the US market.

Project

The product helps you gain control of your emails. It allows integration between Document Management System (DMS) and MS Outlook or MS Exchange server – providing user-friendly and time-saving tools to capture, organize, and classify emails alongside related content in the DMS library. This not only lowers your compliance risk, allowing you to comply with privacy and corporate governance requirements, but it reduces the time spent searching for information. Users can quickly locate all related client or project-based documents and emails with a single search.

Emails are the primary form of business communication today and contain essential information about your clients, projects, and matters. Yet the ever-growing volume of email often leads to 'content chaos' – burdened email servers, increased compliance risk, and staff's inability to locate content in those emails when searching.

You'll be working in an international, distributed team with a complicated yet exciting product.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality code and propose improvements on the technological stack and solutions used on the project
• Perform unit and development testing
• Transform high-level project requirements into high-quality technical solutions
• Participate in peer code reviews
• Participate in daily meetings, provide status updates
• Work closely with the project team on requirements clarification and elaboration
• Collaborate with the QA Engineer to ensure the quality of the delivered features
• Contribute to the development of the technical project documentation and user documentation
• Participate in estimation and planning sessions

Requirements

• Must have 1+ year of .NET development experience in a Windows environment
• Strong knowledge of C# programming language
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Principles and Design
• MS SQL Development Experience including Transact-SQL(T-SQL)
• Experience with WPF
• Familiarity with Agile Development Processes
• Experience with developing and consuming web services
• Merits are Azure DevOps, Experience with version control systems (Git), ECM, EWS (Exchange Web Services)/Graph, MAPI, Outlook add-ins
• At least an Intermediate level of written and spoken English
