Customer Support Specialist (with English)

Due to fast development the company is expanding its team and is looking for Customer Support Representative.

The successful candidate will:

• Join our new team of game support specialists for well-known game
• Provide outstanding and professional customer care services to clients via e-mail/live chat
• Work together with team leaders and industry professionals to constantly keep knowledge up to date
• Get a chance to obtain unique and valued expertise in fast growing worldwide industry

Ideal candidate has:

• Upper-intermediate English or higher
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to provide best customer service in a proactive manner
• Previous working experience in Customer Service
• Real passion for video games / Entertainment
• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
• Second language is a plus (German/Italian/Japanese) !
