Recruiter (Ternopil)

Now we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join the team located in Ternopil.

Responsibilities:
•  Manage full cycle of recruitment process for IT(90%) and non IT vacancies;
•  Support and lead all additional hiring activities for Ternopil office (job fairs, work with universities, work with local R/HR communities, supporting our tech school);
•  Maintain recruiting related reports, databases.

Requirements:
• We consider beginners as well as candidates with some experience in IT-Recruiting;
• Completion of any IT recruitment course will be a plus;
• Familiar with most common sourcing tools and instruments;
• English — strong Intermediate and higher (both written and oral);
• High level of negotiation and communication skills;
• Initiative, proactive, responsible, easy-going.
