Associate Manager (WPM)

In this role, you will have good visibility, will be involved in new and existing interesting projects useful for all EPAM communities.

If you are not afraid to raise issues, have a desire to learning, as well as improve existing challenges, this role is for you.

 RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Review, develop & maintain the process, tools
• Define the blockers, work on solutions
• Gather and confirm business requirements related to Workforce Planning and Management (WPM) programs and services (Rotation process, in particular, collaborating with different process participants)
• Work with analytical part, take measurements, and interpreting data
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions
• Arrange data quality process
• Cooperate with WPM team to present new improvements in tools, services, processes
• Conduct presentations to different audiences

 REQUIREMENTS 

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• Ability to analyze key issues and trends, develop and implement solutions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the development and maintenance of cross-company processes and relationships
• Good command of English: both written and spoken (B2 or higher level)
