Production site is located in Bila Tserkva.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Execute procurement strategy.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of necessary goods and services .
• Initiate projects of processes optimization and improvement.
• Researches new products and services to meet company's goals.
• Prepare and evaluate of proposals, tenders, conduct negotiations with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders, administer supplier contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Analyze market and source of reliable partners.
• Achieve KPI's: cost, cash, balance control, supplier audit and evaluation, risk management.
• Adhere to the procurement department's policies and procedures.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• 2-3 years of experience in procurement of direct/indirect materials. Experience in Pharmaceutical Sector will be a plus
• Knowledge of 1C and / or SAP.
• Analytical set of mind.
• Contract management and strategic sourcing skills.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
