We are looking for a creative brand manager (or brand strategist) for the multinational brand NIX United.
Important - we are not looking for an Employee Brand Manager.
Instead, we are looking for a professional who will develop our company's product (Product Brand Manager/Strategist). The product is the services we provide to our customers. Our clients are international companies (medium and large businesses).
The brand manager’s duties (brand strategist) will include promotion of the company's products, the target audience research (how, where and when we need to communicate), and development of a system of activities to promote the brand in global markets.
Responsibilities of the Brand Manager
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Shape and communicate our vision and mission
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
Identify research needs, conduct research studies and projects, and analyze research results to identify opportunities
Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity
Define and manage brand communication strategy using a variety of media
Create,implement, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
Set and maintain brand budgets
Measure and report on the result of all brand campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
Oversee advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain branding consistency
Work with colleagues across multiple departments (e.g., marketing assistants, marketing managers, and chief marketing officers)
Assistance in the organization of events and activities (concept, idea, materials to promote the brand)
Key skills for Brand Manager
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Understanding of trends and ability to respond to customers’ requests
Creativity and the ability to generate innovative and unique ideas
Teamwork skills
Experience managing a brand in multiple markets
Ability to manage and allocate budgets
Written and verbal communication skills
Experience and understanding of market research
Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
Qualifications for Brand Manager
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field. Additional education and courses preferred
2-4 years experience in brand management, brand marketing or marketing management
Languages: English (upper-intermediate - advanced), UA — basic;
Ability to work remotely
With the prospect to work in the office (when it will be possible according to the situation in Ukraine)
