Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team.

About the project:

We're developing a solution that brings interaction between US Payer and Pharma to another level. The team is working on a platform for rebate negotiation, contract management and user management. Current vector of platform development is to provide users with instruments for deal analytics.

We're using Scrum processes and most up-to-date tools and techniques.

This project implies very close interaction with Product Managers from the client's side and offers a lot of challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Solutions analysis;
• Finding pain points in ideas;
• Alignment of the team with the client;
• Defining business objectives;
• Requirements and backlog management;
• Release planning support;
• Participating in the maintenance of the project RoadMap, and it`s updating;
• Acceptance testing;
• Stakeholders management;
• Active participation in Project Discovery.

Required skills:

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience;
• Ability to work with and make solutions for complicated business logic;
• Good understanding of software development methodologies;
• Ability to analyze the problem and offer a solution;
• Ability to work with а distributed team;
• Experience and working knowledge of business analysis tools and approaches;
• Systems thinking and analytical mindset;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to work without supervision;
• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English.

As a plus:

• Understanding of data analysis;
• Software engineering or QA background;
• Leadership skills.
