Senior Manager of Organisation and Support (Special Assets Management)

What to do:

• development and enhancement of banking processes, methodology and software
• participation in projects and working groups on innovation implementation
• communication and cooperation with the colleagues from Raiffeisen Bank International Group on processes development
• monitoring the structure and dynamics of loans and assets portfolio
• preparation of presentations, analytical researches and materials

What you need:

• higher education in field of Finance, Banking, IT, Audit
• 5+ years of related experience, deep understanding of banking processes
• knowledge of banking software and modern IT solutions (MS Office 365 Package, SQL)
• English - upper intermediate
• high level of organizational skills, proactivity
• good analytics skills, result-oriented and structured way of working
