Hi everyone!
Teamvoy is a custom software development company specializing in web and mobile application development for different industries.
We are looking for a Executive Assistant/Office manager to join our professional team.
Main Responsibilities:
Office administration (management and coordination of service providers including a cleaning person, house masters ect.)
Ordering provisions and consumables, tracking stocks of cookies, coffee and tea;
Solving household issues (assistance in minor repairs or replacement of taps, door handles, etc.);
Maintains all office (non-IT) equipment procurement, consumable and expendable materials, industrial and household items
Office maintenance (Employee workplace preparation, monitoring the functioning of the office equipment)
Participation in the organization of team building and other corporate events.
Preparing documentation, work with google tables; (letters, presentations, reports ect.)
Creates payment requests for approvals by timely submission to the system
Ensures all items invoiced and paid on time;
Ensures proper running and maintenance of office, utilities and infrastructure by coordinating with suppliers and vendors of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, appliance maintenance, electrical and other services;
Plans and supervises basic office repairs (including furniture and appliances) and miscellaneous works as needed;
Organizes the team to provide support during the internal events (corporate events, conferences etc.);
Requirement:
Smart and get things done
Higher education
Intermediate level of English
Problem solving skills
Punctuality, responsibility, result-oriented, communication and negotiation skills, team player
