Gleeds Ukraine LLC is currently looking for a young, positive and open-minded Marketing/Office Assistant willing to join our Kyiv office.

Ideally, you will have experience within a similar marketing role, where you will have been responsible for supporting a team of several people. This role requires a combination of excellent administrative ability, with good communication skills. Applicants should be well presented, and have a friendly, professional communication manner. The person we are looking for will be enthusiastic, IT literate and personable. Someone with a «can do» attitude to help us drive this exciting business forward.

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Good spoken and written English language, Ukrainian and Russian — fluent
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Understand the importance of working to deadlines and working together as part of a team
  • Competent in Outlook and Microsoft packages including (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Desire and ability to learn

Responsibilities:

The tasks are including but not limited to:

  • Assistance with preparing bids, tenders, and letters of appointment
  • Liaison with other Gleeds offices on corporate bids preparation
  • Preparation of regular monthly/quarterly marketing reports 
  • Supporting in Business Development initiatives
  • Marketing Data collection
  • Assistance with market analysis for inclusion into Business Plan
  • Assisting in making presentations and other marketing materials
  • Other duties as may be reasonably required from Marketing Assistant

Undertaking Office Assistant duties as necessary, particularly:

  • Answering telephone calls, managing messages (not a big load)
  • Distributing faxes/letters/documents to the staff
  • Assisting in servicing of kitchen and conference facilities (rarely)
  • Tea/coffee preparation for clients (rarely) 
  • Stationery ordering
  • Going to the post office
  • Translations if necessary
  • Other duties as may reasonably be required from the Office Assistant

  • Time management and organization skills are essential
  • The candidate must be able to work as part of a team and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication manner
  • A professional and flexible approach to work, and be able to work to deadlines
  • Due to the nature of some of the clients and work produced, a strict approach to confidentiality is required
