Since 2016, we have been engaged in SEO promotion of sites and brands in a highly competitive niche for world-renowned customers. We have recently launched the "CPA.Rocks" project and are assembling a team.

We're not just looking for an "affiliate manager" - we want someone with a marketing brain who understands marketing funnels and what motivates affiliates. When it comes down to it, you'll really be running a business within our business, with real responsibility.

Knowledge And Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in running affiliate marketing campaigns for significant online businesses (igaming, health, Dating, Finance etc ).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• An existing active relationship with affiliates.
• Fluent in English (an additional language would be a plus)
• You are a guru in marketing funnels, conversion rates, EPC, etc
• Knowledge of operating platforms such as Affise, HasOffers etc. Different Fraud tools, advertising models, ad formats.
• You know and understand how the different types of traffic work and know-how to analyze data.
• You have the ability to understand and utilize the technological components underlying the affiliate program and communicate with engineers about potential changes to that technology.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data from various reporting models (attribution, platform, proprietary, etc) in order to draw insights and steer optimizations and testing

Responsibilities And Duties:

• Growing the total number of successful affiliates on the platform.
• Developing the strategy for growing revenue generated from our affiliate programs, including partners, webmasters, media buyers, influencers, etc.
• Handle data tracking, regular monitoring, reporting and other related activities through internal and third party platforms, optimize the performance of campaigns
• Making sure affiliates are paid out on time and accurately.
