Junior HR BP

We currently have a new open position of Junior HR BP for our Kharkiv.

REQUIREMENTS

• 0,5+ years of experience in HR sphere;
• Basic knowledge in HR area;
• Computer proficiency with MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
• Excellent time management and organizational skills. Able to work with a positive "Can Do" attitude;
• Strong event management skills;
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team;
• Proactivity and goal orientation;
• Good spoken and written English level is a must (B1 and higher) for conducting business correspondence and communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES       

• Adaptation of newcomers;
• Staff entertainment (take part in the organization of events, parties, team buildings, competitions, conducting business games, etc.);
• Organization of effective communication inside the team;
• Supporting and assisting all HR activities for the department;
• Collaboration with marketing service;
• Supporting the electronic document management.
