Job Summary
Based on the RBI Group and Raiffeisen Bank Aval Strategy to:
- provide expert L&D input into L&D strategy elaboration & implementation
- permanently develop, implement, manage and monitor all key HR learning and development (further - L&D) processes
- support of change management initiatives
- support of Bank management and peers in cultivating of high-performance culture
What to do:
- L&D policies and long-term planning of L&D activities
- Performance Management System (MBO)
- Succession Planning and Career Development
- Management Training and Executive Development
- functional Training and E-learning
- internal L&D consulting of Executives
- L&D team management (about 20 employees, 3 direct reports)
- L&D budget planning and control
- cooperation with RBI HQ in network-wide projects
What we need:
- university degree, specialization in business management/economics/HR
- experience in running large scale projects & implementing initiatives across units
- 5+ years in HR/L&D or related business projects management
- experience in usage of HR/L&D methods (assessment, learning, development) in professional and «soft skills» areas
- Agile/Adaptive teams development experience is highly desirable
- advanced PC skills - MS Office, E-Learning system
- excellent organizational, decision making, negotiation and people management skills
- strategic thinking, change management & consulting skills
- good presentation, coaching, facilitation abilities
- advanced English, fluent Ukrainian and Russian languages
