Middle IT Project Manager

We are looking for Middle Project Manager with 3+ years of experience, knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies, strong business judgment and decision-making skills, excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource commitment and allocation efficiency
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Writes user stories and supporting artifacts. 
• Participates in backlog refinement, grooming and prioritization. 
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Business Management or a related field. 
• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager in IT sector
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives. 
• Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills. 
• Strong team player, excellent interpersonal and service skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, multi-tasking. 
• Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment
• English - upper-intermediate to fluent - is a MUST
