Job Description
For our team in Lviv we are looking for a relationship manager with the following duties:
- Research and acquire global banks that will open accounts for Non-Bank Financial Institutions in the payment industry as well as correspondent bank accounts for other banks;
- Find the right contact person, build and maintain a long-term relationship;
- Communicate with and report to our bank or financial institution clients for whom we build the banking relationships;
- Contribute knowledge and share insights about the banks we work with, our client relationships and the payment industry in general with our analysts and marketing team;
- Arrange and schedule meetings with banks and potential clients;
- Manage, analyse and report on the existing and new research projects in the banking field;
- Generate client leads, negotiate conditions and fees with existing and new banking relationships.
- Good knowledge of transaction banking, correspondent banking and the independent payment industry as well as of the regulatory environment for Financial Services and banks in Europe;
- Advanced business development and managerial skills. Strong B2B and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills both on the phone and in-person;
- Degree in business, accounting or finance would be helpful;
- Fluent English both in oral and writing is a must
