Partners International is looking for a Remote Helpdesk Engineer to join our IT helpdesk support team. The primary focus of the position is providing exceptional customer support service over the telephone, via remote connections, and through email communications. This role requires excellent troubleshooting and English communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·  Provide Tier 1 and 2 helpdesk support by phone, email, and Internet. Follow and assist with the development and maintenance of team procedure documentation

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Ability to work from 8 AM to 4:30 PM or from 9:30 AM to 6 PM EST (New York)
  • Quiet work environment
  • Reliable high-speed Internet connection with static IP that can support VoIP
  • Very strong customer service and excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and task-switch effectively
  • 2+ years' experience in desktop support role
  • Experience supporting Windows desktop operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of basic networking, cloud computing, and security concepts
  • Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory account maintenance
  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
