Customer Support Specialist, Call Center (Online store)

What will you do:

You will answer customer calls (customers from America), give advice on the rules and subject of the order. To assist in placing an order on the site. (not sales)

You will have a template according to which you will answer customer questions and help in solving his problem when buying a product. (help arranges a return, change the delivery address, etc.)

Requirements:

• English Proficiency, especially listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Experience in working with CRM (preferably)
• Customer Service Orientation
• Punctuality, discipline, desire to learn.

Working conditions:

• Office in the Primorsky district
• Training at the expense of the company
• High payment 
• Full workday
• Shifts 2/2. Working hours from 15:00 to 03:00, lunchtime 30 min. Taxi home at the expense of the company.
