Civil Engineer in Cameroon, mandatory French

Main responsibilities:

· Project management of all the project aspects

· Managing of the project advisers and consulters (Architect, structural designer Etc.)

· Managing, controlling and supervision of different subcontractors including preparing of tenders.

· Managing of site teams.

· Coordinating with the company's department (Procurement, Logistics, Finance Etc.)

· Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations

· Resolving design and development problems

· Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs

· Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety

· Managing budgets and project resources

· Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time

· Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries

· Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors

Main requirements:

· Civil Engineer degree

· At least 9 years of experience in construction as a project manager/engineer/site manager

· Good knowledge in computers (Office, AutoCAD Etc.)

· Good leadership skills Organized and committed

· Languages - English and/or French
