Business Analyst (IT outsource)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to provide an excellent experience for our clients by building the software they expect. We seek a reliable and robust specialist who is aware of the Scrum methodology that we follow in GBKSOFT.
The main aim of Business and Competitors Analysis is to find the most appropriate solution to the client’s requirements. Business Analysts will be tasked with gathering and managing requirements, specifications, limitations, priorities, etc from stakeholders in order to build the software product that will 100% correspond to the client’s demands and expectations.

Your job skills should include:
— Proven experience working as a Business Analyst of more than 1 year in the tech industry;
— Proficient in written and spoken English (min Upper-Intermediate level);
— Master in Business Analysis theory and able to apply into practice;
— Basic knowledge of technical and engineering fields;
— Advanced soft skills including communication, problem-solving, analytical, systems thinking and functional decomposition skills, self-organization and attention to detail, time-management;
— Capable to find a common language with developers and designers;
— Experience gathering project requirements (personal sessions, scoping calls, analyzing documentation from the customer, etc.);
— Familiar with Jira & Confluence management tools;
— Experience in drawing UML, Flow diagrams;
— Capability to read API documentation (swagger).
