Commercial Coordinator

We are looking for an Commercial Coordinator to support the commercial team & the company on all commercial aspects mainly and quoting requirement, in order to deliver high standards of services for Click Aviation Network's customers.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the establishment, development and growth of Click Aviation Network. Support department management team and Executive Management to achieve the Business strategy goals and represent the company philosophy.
• Preparing quotations in accordance with the Quality Program of the company and Commercial department’s SOP
• Maintain accurate quotation records
• Upload prices in the platform for worldwide locations and ensure accuracy and it’s validity
• Compare and negotiate with vendors during the quotations process, in order to secure advantageous prices, seek assistance from Commercial team in Dubai HDQ whenever required
• Provide overall feedback to Commercial supervisor / manager of the performance of vendors/suppliers
• Take pro-active approach in developing Click Aviation Network
• Represents Click Aviation Network externally and internally in the best interests of the company
• Work on weekends, night shifts and public holidays if required
• Travel abroad when required.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Commercial executive role / Vendor procurement role/ Chain supply role /accountant/Administration role or similar.
• Effective use of e-sourcing tools and techniques to deliver required outcomes. 
• Have knowledge in Aviation industry will be considered as an advantage.

Qualification

• Diploma degree 
• With education in Aviation /Supply Chain/Procurement/Business/Finance, or equivalent. Education in other area will be considered based on overall experience of the candidate.
• Additional ground handling/fuel experience and/or IATA certification as an advantage.
