MAIN REQUIREMENTS: 

• Higher education (medical/pharmaceutical degree preferred)
• Administrative experience (preferred)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• English level (intermediate)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and with a wide range of people
• Attention to details 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting activities of local pharmacovigilance team
• Incoming safety reports/requests translation 
• Handling communication with third parties (service providers/agencies)
• Records management (archiving documents)
• Maintenance of local databases
• Preparation of documents’ final layout
• Performing other miscellaneous administrative tasks, as applicable
