Danone Dairy is announcing an opening of Receptionist position in Kyiv.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing a friendly, efficient welcome service to visitors and all employees in the office;
• Coordination of business trip arrangements;
• Answer telephone calls;
• Providing all necessary document flow;
• Registration of internal and external correspondence;
• Assist in organizing of corporate events;
• Receiving, filtering and allocating phone calls to all employees.

Experience and qualifications required:

• 1 year of relevant experience (preferably);
• Fluent Ukrainian, Russian;
• Level of English - Intermediate;
• Proactive, energetic, committed and innovative.
