Electrical Engineer Team Leader

International company that specializes in manufacturing of electrical control units for industrial sector is searching for a Team leader (with Electrical Engineer knowledge)

Responsibilities:

• To lead the production and continuously improve work methods for efficient based on high quality output 
• Quality assurance and control. Testing ready products
• Build and improve test equipment.

Background and experience:

• University degree — B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Good English written and verbal communication skills are as a must
• 3+ years of practical industry experience with manufacturing of electrical control boxes or similar
• The candidate must be familiar with the work with electric control boards
• Good knowledge of electric circuit fundamentals
• Good IT knowledge

Advantage would be:

• Knowledge of electrical CAD design software or similar software
• Knowledge of electronics and software development

Personality:

• Strong work ethic
• Stabile, and truthful 
• Positive minded
• Good sense of humor… is a plus

Job conditions:

• Work schedule: 8:00—16:30, Mon-Fri, 0,5-hour company paid lunch
• Production and office location: Lviv
• Subordination to the CEO in Lviv and Head office production unit
• Competitive compensation package (salary plus bonus)
