BPO Nextdoor provides media analysis and data entry services for customers in Western Europe and North America. Over the last two years, we have been growing naturally by over 60% per year. But as our ambitions are even bigger, we are looking for a Head of Sales & Engagement to drive additional growth by finding new customers and cross-selling with existing ones. This is a key role at our company, which will be supervised directly by our CEO.

The role is not about pushing customers to make the decision to work with us, but rather about building trust by being trustworthy, empathetic, and professional. If you are one who understands the motivation of other people well, has an appropriate level of persistence and politeness at the same time, and is ambitious to join a fast-growing company, you might be a good fit for this position.

Main requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B Sales with international customers
  • English and German at an upper-intermediate level or higher
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Willingness to go on business trips
  • Lead the sales team
  • Project Management experience would be a plus

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads and close deals
  • Coordinate new customers' onboardings
  • Cross-sell with existing customers
