DTEK is looking for a Personal Assistant

Main responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating the director's working schedule;
  • Timely processing and distribution of all incoming information and documents, business correspondence; extensive translation;
  • Preparation and organization of business trips and meetings;
  • Participation in solving organizational personal issues; administrative support.

Requirements:

  • English - upper intermediate, both written and spoken;
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant will be an advantage;
  • Fast working pace, high performance and effectiveness;
  • Excellent communication skills, open and friendly approach;
  • Profound organizational skills;
  • Attentiveness to details and ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
