DTEK is looking for a Personal Assistant
Main responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating the director's working schedule;
- Timely processing and distribution of all incoming information and documents, business correspondence; extensive translation;
- Preparation and organization of business trips and meetings;
- Participation in solving organizational personal issues; administrative support.
Requirements:
- English - upper intermediate, both written and spoken;
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant will be an advantage;
- Fast working pace, high performance and effectiveness;
- Excellent communication skills, open and friendly approach;
- Profound organizational skills;
- Attentiveness to details and ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
