HR Manager

We are looking for HR Manager (no Recruitment).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of successful HRM experience;
• Experience in development and implementation of HR processes and best practices;
• Ability to handle collegues relations management and work efficiently as part of a large team;
• Ability to prioritize and work well in a challenging environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Good sense of humor, tact and diplomacy;
• Experience with MS Office and information tracking systems;
• Сonfident user all PC programs;
• English: upper-intermediate;
• An ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated, and self-directed.

Responsibilities:

• Create positive and trustful working relationships with Employees and Managers and maintain certain atmosphere in the company;
• Propose and implement ongoing improvements to the HR brand in company;
• Widen a range of experience on HR policies, best practices, and trends;
• Work with employees on their career growth, work satisfaction, and personal improvement, identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations;
• Take part in the organization office parties and happy hours, team-buildings and big corporate events.
