Business Analyst

Ericsson is looking for a Business Analyst (1-year experience +) to take part in the development of the Business Support System project for the telecom sphere.

Telecom experience is mandatory.

Skills:

• BA experience 1 year + in a IT/Telecom sphere;
• UML experienced user;
• Knowledge of content transferring technologies (IMS, RTSP, RTP, IGMP, SIP) desirable;
• Work experience with Jira&Confluence;
• Work experience with Billing, CRM, DWH - desirable;
• MS Office, Outlook, Project, Visio - advanced user;
• BA courses or certification will be a big plus;
• Technical education as a great plus.

Responsibilities:

• Systematize business requirements in order to build effective system architecture and its integration according to business requirements, optimum exploitation characteristics, minimum costs spent on support in the future.
  
• Prepare with contractor or singly technical tasks for software development (finalizations/system development) and approve plans with the workgroup.
• Track plans and scope compliance in projects.
• Control contract organizations work according to a project plan.
• Control software development and testing process, release cycles and software delivery.
• Responsible for ordering any necessary hard and software or systems accesses.
• Prepare propositions regarding changes implementing the existing systems according to modern technologies, business needs, and existing division systems architecture analysis, following the errors monitoring results in the system work.
