Product Marketing Manager

GROUPE SEB Ukraine - international company with operations in almost 150 countries, the world leader in Small Household Equipment (Tefal, Moulinex, Rowenta, Krups and many others) is looking for a Candidate on Product Marketing Manager position.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information;
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products;
• Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies;
• Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests;
• Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs;
• Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production;
• Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders;
• Cooperation with Media and other agencies, conducting tenders, managing activities etc.

Main requirements:

• University degree;
• 5 + years of professional experience on the same position;
• Product Management;
• People Management;
• Understanding the Customer;
• Product Development;
• Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning and Strategy
• Fluent English is a must
• Advanced MS Office User
