Senior Finance Controller - Western Ukraine

For international production group of companies we are looking for qaulified candidates for the position of 'Finance Controlling Manager'.

Functionality:

1. Manage and responsibility for controlling department
2. Cost management (cost out projects, saving initiatives management, costing per departments)
3. Monthly reporting to parent company and local authorities
4. Cooperation with management of company in Ukraine and CZ.
5. Manage accurate and on time monthly closing/reporting/forecasting processes as well as plan preparation
6. Internal policies compliance responsibility,
7. Ensure accurate and on time preparation of investments (CARs)
   
8. Active support of other reporting requirements from local management team or head office (HQ).
   
9. Support performance improvement tasks in the business.

Professional knowledge:

• very good knowledge of finance, controlling and costing
• responsible, flexible and work efficient
• analytical thinking, management reporting experience, result and deadline oriented
• communication skills

Language knowledge:

• active knowledge of spoken and written English, Russian and Ukrainian
  

Required experience:

• at least 3+ years experiences similar position in production company (preferably in automotive) - knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Outlook, Excel), 1S accounting system education:

Education:

• University Degree in Finance or Accounting
